Bookings are made through the website or by text to (904) 446-5362, as phone calls are not taken. Hours are Monday and Sunday 6:30 AM to 11:30 PM, Tuesday through Friday 6 PM to 11:30 PM, and Saturday 2 PM to 11:30 PM. Cards are taken through the booking site, along with cash and Cash App; Zelle and Apple Pay are not accepted. Refunds are not offered and prices are not negotiable, and payment is due before polishing or designing begins. Cancellations with at least 48 hours notice carry no added fee.
