Darljit Paulino is the licensed nail technician behind the business, with seven or more years of servicing clients. The main work is acrylic and gel full sets, and the add-on menu lets clients build on a set with designs ranging from simple French and foil accents to 3D art, airbrush, and encapsulated pieces.
Booking is done online with a $30 deposit toward the total, and the remaining balance is paid at the appointment by card, phone tap, or cash. Card payments carry a 2.5% processing fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. After booking, clients fill out a form through an emailed link and receive a confirmation link the day before. The address is sent by email and text, so the phone number and email entered at checkout need to be accurate.
Some house rules apply. Extra guests, including children and pets, are not allowed, and eating during services is not permitted, though drinks are fine. Clients should arrive with bare nails unless a soak-off was booked. Arriving 10 minutes late carries a $10 fee, and after 10 minutes the appointment may be canceled depending on the day's schedule. Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the appointment are charged 50% of the remaining cost. Designs should be confirmed with the technician by text or direct message before the visit. The technician may decline services if the nails or nail beds show signs of infection, injury, or a condition needing medical attention. Questions are handled by text or direct message, and the studio is open Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 8:30 PM, and closed on weekends.
Works from the client's own ideas and can create almost any design a client has in mind.
