The business began in founder Molly's home in 2017, and the studio describes its service as top-notch. The 30-minute visit covers skin concerns, goals, current products and a recommended regimen, and no treatment is given. If products are bought at the consultation, the consultation fee is applied toward them.

The facial menu runs from the 30-minute Dermaplane and 45-minute Dew Illume to the 90-minute Dew Signature Luxury Plus, which ends with LED light therapy. The Dew Signature Luxury adds facial massage and hot towels to the signature service and covers the face, neck and décolleté, with a spa wrap provided by the studio for changing. The For You Facial is adjusted by the provider to the client's skin needs at the time of care. Glacé facials use hydrodermabrasion with customized serums and come as Signature, Deluxe or Platinum.

Dew facials use Zo Skin Health products, including a Retinol Creme Complex and a Hydrating Creme for aftercare. Injectables cover wrinkle relaxers, dermal fillers, Sculptra and Hyperdilute Radiesse, which is offered for the neck and is best done in a series with Genius treatments. Laser options include Nordyls IPL, the Nordyls Skin Resurfacing Laser and Helix CO2 treatments, which the studio calls Dew Fusion treatments. A Cool Peel is offered as a lighter option with less downtime than Helix CO2.

Clients can book online through the Book Now button, choosing Molly, Suzanne, Natalie or Heather. Upcoming appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled by logging into an account through the booking link. Scheduling, cancellations and the cancellation waitlist are handled by email at kelly@dewskincareatl.com. Clients are asked to activate their Alle and Aspire points before an appointment to streamline checkout.
