Each visit starts with analysis. Aestheticians examine the skin at the beginning of a treatment and choose ingredients and methods to suit it, and the studio says every facial and skincare plan is customized at each visit. Clients are asked to keep up the home routine prepared for their skin.

The menu runs from free consultations and a first-visit appointment through signature one-hour facials, a Diamond Glow facial, a green-serum infusion and microneedling. Acne Bootcamp is a separate program for acne concerns. Permanent makeup covers brows, lips and eyeliner, along with removal, using semi-permanent techniques.

Booking is done through Fresha, which confirms appointments instantly. The studio works mainly by appointment and offers occasional walk-in availability. New clients complete intake paperwork through the booking system before their first visit. Memberships, gift cards and group appointments are offered on the Fresha page, and Dew Skinbar products can be bought in the retail shop or through the online store.

Treatments and home products are chosen for each client's skin after analysis, with guidance on which products to use between visits.
