About

Dew Head Spa is at Haw Creek Circle East in Cumming and operates under Kith & Kin Medical. The business describes itself as a leader in the aesthetic and cosmetology industry, as an innovator and educator, and as a top choice for clients seeking luxury head spas.

Head spa treatments form the core of the menu. The Signature Shampoo and the Deluxe Shampoo with Scalp Therapy each run 45 to 60 minutes. Three combined options pair a head spa session with a facial and run 60 to 90 minutes, including a men's option that adds beard care. Add-ons include a neck and arm body scrub, hot stones, dermaplaning, eye and lip treatments, a buccal relief massage, and paraffin for hands or feet.

According to the business, every service is performed by licensed estheticians and master cosmetologists. The setting is intended to feel calm and restorative.

Two membership levels are offered. At $100 a month, members choose one service each month from an express Diamond Glow facial, a customized facial with dermaplaning, or a Signature Head Spa, and the monthly amount can be put toward an injectable service. The membership cannot be transferred to someone else. The $250 VIP level, also one treatment per month, draws from a larger menu: a deluxe Diamond Glow facial, a deluxe head spa, ResurFX, IPL, a laser facial, infused micro-needling, or a ViPeel. VIP members may give their monthly treatment to a family member, which requires a three-month minimum and a $60 enrollment fee paid at signing. Every member also gets 10% off services and retail products, a dollar off retail Tox pricing, a gift for an anniversary or birthday, and invitations to members-only events.

The business is open daily from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm and closed on major holidays. Cancellations must be made at least three hours before an appointment, and late cancellations or no-shows may incur a $50 fee. Children may not be brought in for therapy. E-gift cards can be bought in any amount, personalized with a message, and sent immediately or scheduled for later. They can be used toward any treatment and do not expire during the year.

Head spa sessions begin with a scalp and hair analysis and move through deep cleansing, massage and masks, with facial work added where the service includes it. The business presents itself as focused on innovation and education.

The aim is a serene and rejuvenating setting.
