The salon is an Aveda Concept Salon. Its Aveda offerings include trend haircutting and styling, men's services, exclusive Aveda hair color, signature spa services, and complimentary sensory rituals. The hair menu covers cuts for women, men and children, color, foil highlights and low lights, permanent waves, a Brazilian Blowout, Oumbre, Purescription and stress-relieving treatments, and hair weaving. Hair extensions are priced on request, so clients are asked to call.

Waxing is offered for lip, nose, brows, brow and lip, bikini, and both lower and full legs. Manicures and pedicures are available, and the Finishing Touch service is priced on request.

New clients can book the New Client Spa Deal, a three-visit package at $100 for clients 18 and older. Visits must be booked at least a week ahead with the certificate number given at booking, and the certificate expires four months after purchase. Custom Spa Deal gift certificates are also sold. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required, or the booked service is forfeited.

The salon accepts cash, major credit cards, check, PayPal, gift certificates, and mail orders. Aveda products are sold on site. The Pure Privilege rewards membership carries a one-time $10 enrollment fee and earns 10 points per $1 spent on Aveda product purchases at participating locations and aveda.com, with online points earned by giving the membership number at checkout. Client sign-in and account creation use a separate booking page.
