About

Devine Medspa is a medical spa entered through the downstairs entrance at 6 Budleman Way in Lakewood. The business describes itself as a skincare and wellness med spa offering non-invasive treatments. Devorah Zylberberg founded it after working at a high-end luxury spa in Manhattan, where she served an elite clientele.

Services are by appointment only. The schedule runs Sunday to Thursday from 10 AM to 10 PM and Friday from 10 AM to 3 PM, with Saturday closed. Clients book online through Vagaro or by phone. Each visit begins with a personalized consultation, and a treatment can be upgraded during the appointment. A first visit includes a facial with a consultation and skin assessment, and the Devine Basic Facial is the suggested starting point for anyone unsure what to book. Facials follow the same order: skin analysis, cleansing and exfoliation, a customized treatment, hydration and nourishment, then finishing products, with a spa wrap provided during the facial.

The facial menu is broad. The Devine Basic Facial cleanses, exfoliates and hydrates, includes a hydrating mask and serum infusion, and can be adjusted with pregnancy-safe ingredients. The Nourishing Light Treatment is a 60-minute LED facial using red, blue and near-infrared light with a hydrating mask and facial massage. Chemical peels come in Pumpkin, Salicylic and Pigment options, from superficial to deep, typically take 30 to 45 minutes, and can be customized to skin type and sensitivity.

Procell Microchanneling uses a device to create tiny channels in the skin, followed by a growth factor serum, and is described as aimed at texture, fine lines, acne scars and skin tone. Most treatments use 0.25mm tips, with 0.5mm tips available for more significant concerns. The Procell page describes a typical starting series of 2 to 6 treatments about four weeks apart, followed by roughly quarterly maintenance. Sessions begin with cleansing and a numbing agent, then serum, a calming treatment and aftercare instructions. Aftercare includes waiting about 90 minutes before washing or moisturizing, avoiding vitamin C for 24 hours, and avoiding sun and strenuous exercise for 24 to 48 hours. Temporary redness, slight peeling or sensitivity can occur, and a healthcare provider consultation is recommended to decide whether the treatment is appropriate.

Payment plans are offered, including through Cherry, a buy now, pay later company with 0% APR options subject to eligibility. Injectables are listed as coming soon, and the site says wrinkle relaxers and dermal fillers are not currently offered. Wellness treatments are also listed as coming soon, with IV therapy already on the menu. Clients are asked to avoid exfoliating products for 2 to 3 days before a facial and waxing or hair removal creams for 5 to 7 days before, to wait at least 24 hours before applying makeup afterward, and to book facials 3 to 5 days ahead of a big event.

The business describes its approach as blending luxury skincare with advanced technology for a personalized, results-driven experience, and it describes its treatments as non-invasive and science-backed.
