Extension services fall under Lashes: classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume full sets, priced from $120 to $150, with fills from $65 to $95 recommended every two to three weeks while at least 40% of extensions are retained. Volume sets place fans of 3 to 8 extensions on each natural lash. Standard volume uses 4D to 6D fans, and mega volume offers 8D, 10D and 12D fans; mega volume may be declined if the natural lashes cannot support the weight. Touch-ups for any lash type, lash removal and a $5 color add-on are also offered. The Lash Lifts and Tints group covers a curl for natural lashes that lasts 6 to 8 weeks and suits medium to long natural lashes, plus tints in black, auburn or brown and a combined tint and lift.
New clients pay a $20 deposit for classic, hybrid and volume full sets, or $30 for mega volume full sets. Cancelling within 12 hours of the booked time incurs a 20% fee, or $20 for a lash lift and $25 for a tint and lift. A missed appointment is charged at 50% of the service cost. Anyone who misses an appointment without calling must leave a $50 deposit before booking again, and repeated no-shows may result in being turned away. Arrivals have a 10-minute allowance; if a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the visit must be moved to another time and a $10 late fee applies. All payments are non-refundable. Retention concerns raised within 72 hours of a visit qualify for a complimentary touch-up; after that window, a touch-up can be booked for one week later.
Fan density is matched to what each client's natural lashes can carry, and mega volume is declined when they cannot support it.
