Bridal makeup is an 80-minute session that opens with a skin prep mask and eye patches, followed by full face makeup in the style the client chooses, premium lashes and makeup along the décolleté. A bridal trial makeup session of 60 to 80 minutes, with small adjustments, is offered on weekdays at the salon. Guest makeup is a 50-minute full face session with lashes, suited to attendants, family members and bridesmaids. Hairstyling follows the same structure: an 80-minute bridal hairstyle in the style of the client's choice, a 60-minute bridal trial with small adjustments on weekdays, and a 45-minute guest hair session. Hair accessories are not included in the hair sessions.

Wedding services can be provided on location. Bookings need at least three people, including the bride. Holding a date requires a $200 non-refundable deposit, paid by Venmo or Zelle, along with a signed contract, and the remaining balance is due right after the appointment. A travel fee is available on request. For parties of five or more, or when the timeline is short, an additional artist is needed at $120 per artist, and the owner hires and coordinates those artists for larger parties. Appointments starting before 7 am carry a $70 early start fee. Phone or email consultations are available during wedding planning, and clients receive a bridal touch-up kit with blotting papers, lipstick, powder and makeup wipes. Brides are asked to avoid peels, face waxing and lash lifts the day before the wedding.

Skin services include a range of facials such as Vitamin C, microdermabrasion, hydro dermabrasion, O2 lift and a custom facial that uses medical-grade products chosen for the client's skin needs. LED light therapy comes in a 30-minute express version and a 50-minute ultimate version, and can be added to the Vitamin C treatment. Clients are asked to stop retinol products 7 to 10 days before a peel and to avoid waxing and electrolysis for 7 days beforehand. Brow services include microblading, ombre powder brows, brow lamination, and deluxe brow wax shaping with trim, tweeze and tint. Ombre lip blush is also offered.

The Makeup Academy trains dozens of aspiring artists each year. The PRO-Makeup Class is a 5-day, 30-hour intensive group course for beginners who want to work as makeup artists and includes a certificate on completion; dates and price are available by request. A private SELF Makeup Class lets clients bring their own makeup bag for a review of products and tools. Beyond weddings and events, the team also takes on makeup and hair for maternity and commercial shoots, engagements, graduations, red carpet events, showers and birthdays, and offers television, film, personal branding and beauty contest work by request.
