The studio's core work is corrective skincare. Its facials are customized and come in three levels: the Diamond Reset Level I facial runs one hour, the Level II facial runs 55 minutes, and the Level III facial runs one hour and 10 minutes.

Beyond the face, the studio offers intimate lightening, a 45-minute treatment, and a full range of waxing from underarm and half leg to full leg, Brazilian and deluxe Brazilian services. Waxing sessions run from 15 to 45 minutes depending on the area.

DESS Skin also makes its own skincare line, formulated by a chemist and sold through the studio. Products include a cleanser, a serum, a body exfoliating towel and a product called Agent88. The studio offers a free downloadable guide called the DESS Skin Dictionary, which covers active ingredients, skin-type recommendations and hydrating and moisturizing staples.

Treatments are built around corrective skincare and the studio's own chemist-formulated products.
