Treatments are tailored after a consultation rather than run from fixed protocols. The Desmadre Signature Body Treatment is customized and offered as either a Signature Detox or a Signature Sculpt. The Concierge Experience is a 30-minute consultation, in person or online, that reviews skincare, body care and lifestyle habits, and its $100 fee is credited toward products or treatments bought the same day.

The facial menu runs from BRISA, a 45-minute $175 facial with a face sculpt, Circadia enzyme, custom skincare mixing and hydration, to HUMO, a 90-minute $650 treatment built around SkinPen microneedling with a choice of exosomes, VAMP or PDRN, plus a neck treatment, face sculpt and CO2 Lift Mask. In between, POLVORA ($250, 60 minutes) uses Korean skincare, dermaplaning, customized exfoliation and a face sculpt; SANA ($290, 60 minutes) is an acne and congestion facial with custom acne peels, exfoliation and targeted extractions; and CENIZA ($350, 75 minutes) combines a customized HydraFacial with either dermaplaning or a chemical peel.

Recovery and postpartum care form a large part of the business. Post Recovery Facial ($200) uses ultrasound therapy and skin-tightening techniques for clients healing from facial procedures. Post Recovery Upper Body ($220, 1 hour 15 minutes) and Post Recovery Full Body ($390, 1 hour 30 minutes) are for clients recovering from procedures such as liposuction, Lipo360, BBLs and mommy makeovers, or from total-body surgery. Sessions are designed to begin between 2 days and 3 months after surgery. For postpartum care, La Cuarentena ($300) uses natural clays and calming techniques and is recommended 5 to 8 weeks after birth with the provider's clearance, while La Madre Post C-Section Treatment ($300) uses hot and cold gel, ultrasound and infrared red light and is recommended 2 to 6 weeks postpartum with provider approval.

Memberships are billed monthly and require a 6-month commitment at enrollment. AZUL LUZCAL ($350 a month) includes one monthly skin treatment such as a HydraFacial, acne treatment or chemical peel; AZUL FACE + BODY ($425 a month) includes a monthly facial and a custom body treatment; and MIRA ($525 a month) includes two custom body treatments each month. All three include 10% off upgrades and add-ons. For AZUL LUZCAL, a missed month's treatment rolls into the next month and may be upgraded to HUMO, with one treatment included per month. Multi-week regimens include The System ($1,900, 30 days, with Cintura Te and Juna Digestive Enzymes), 90 Day Body Transformation ($5,000), 90 Day Facial Regimen ($5,000), 90 Day Post Recovery Regimen ($5,200), 120 Day Body Transformation: Advanced Cycle ($7,300) and a 30 Day Post Recovery Regimen, which is listed without a stated price.

Training is offered in person and online, and students who complete it receive a certificate of completion from Desmadre Spa. The certificate does not replace state licensing requirements. Payment plans are available through Cherry, Affirm and in-house arrangements. All sales are final unless stated otherwise in writing, and refunds are not given for services rendered, digital products, trainings once accessed or appointments canceled outside policy. The business is open Tuesday to Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday.
