The studio focuses on lash and brow services: lash lifts (a perm for natural lashes), lash tints, brow laminations (a perm and relaxer for brows), brow tints, and brow waxing. Facial waxing is limited to brows, lip, chin, neck, sideburns and nostrils. Services can be booked on their own or combined into bundles, and the studio customizes and pairs treatments to get each client to the look they want.

In person, Christina offers guidance and direct feedback through the appointment and into aftercare. Clients who arrive with specific questions or reference photos are welcome, and appointments can be either chatty or quiet, with headphones or music on request. The space is small, so only one adult guest is allowed in the room during an appointment, and children and pets are not permitted.

Pricing is all-inclusive, so tipping is not necessary, and listed prices reflect the full cost of each service. The studio has a loyalty program for brow waxing: after seven brow waxes, the eighth is $10 off. It also offers a waitlist through Vagaro for last-minute openings and sells digital gift certificates for a dollar amount or a specific service. The studio states that it has served more than 1,000 clients, and says all of its reviews, including those on the portfolio page, are five stars.

The studio puts comfort first and combines services to match each client's desired look, with the goal of clients loving the result, having no surprises, and knowing how to care for their brows and lashes afterward.
