DesireasxLashes is owned and run by Desirea Graham, a licensed lash artist with about five and a half years in the lash industry. The business centers on lash extensions, and every set is handmade and customized to the client's own features.

Full sets come in two main groupings. Natural fullsets cover light volume, wispy, wet and anime styles, while glam fullsets come in Volume or Mega Volume and can be adjusted in length and fullness. Each full set takes about three hours. Fills are typically done every two to three weeks. A fill booked more than three weeks after the last one is upgraded to a full set, and mini fills for small touch-ups are only accepted within eight days of the last fill appointment.

The $15 fee is applied toward a full set booked afterward. Lash removal uses a gel-based product to loosen the glue, and natural lashes are then shampooed and dried.

Brow services include a brow model appointment, a complete service with detailed mapping, gentle waxing, lamination and tinting.

Before a visit, clients are asked to avoid caffeine, arrive with clean lashes and no makeup, and skip eye creams and oily skincare the night before and the day of. Contacts should be removed beforehand or glasses brought, the restroom used before the appointment, and comfortable clothing worn with hair down. Clients may bring their own blanket and headphones.
