Outside of extensions, the salon offers silk presses, semi-permanent and permanent color, partial and full highlights, relaxer retouches and virgin relaxers, trims and cuts, and removal of sew-ins and braids. Wig services cover styling, sew-on installation, coloring and customizing, and made-to-order custom wigs.

Appointments can only be booked online. Payment is accepted online or in person by cash, Cash App, or Zelle, and personal checks are not accepted. Service prices do not include hair; sew-ins typically need two or three packs or bundles of 100% human hair, depending on the service.

Clients are asked to arrive on time, with a 10 minute grace period. Deposits are non-refundable and services are not refunded, so concerns need to be raised at the time of service or within 24 hours. The salon is not responsible for scalp sensitivity, hair loss, tenderness, or sores caused by braids or weaving. Children must be supervised, children and men are only allowed when receiving service, and pets are not allowed.

Parking is in the back of the building. Clients enter through the left door, which has a ramp.
