Audrey Edson became owner in June 2022. The team includes master stylists, an advanced stylist and an advanced practice esthetician. Stylists work in a team-based setting, and a level system gives them room to grow. The salon provides in-salon education along with off-site continuing education for staff.

Several services, including hair extensions, perms and the Aveda Tulasara facial, begin with a consultation. The salon aims for a comfortable atmosphere for both clients and staff, and guests are offered a cup of Aveda tea. Appointments are confirmed 48 hours ahead, and prices are subject to change.

Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice and must be made by phone, not by email or social media. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are charged 50% of the scheduled service price, and no-shows are charged the full service price.

Brazilian Blowout options range from a split end correction to the Original smoothing service, and the salon offers Botanical Repair and demineralization treatments for hard water and chlorine buildup. Brow and lash services, including dermaplaning, lash lifts and brow lamination, are offered by Gina Ziesmer in a quiet, relaxing room.
