Visits start with a personalized try-before-you-buy consultation. Consultation fees are waived when a piece is bought from the business, and customizations on pieces purchased here are complimentary. The in-stock pieces are priced, according to the business, 20-30% below MSRP. Special orders take a deposit of $50 for synthetic pieces and $200 for human hair pieces, with pickup within 3-7 business days depending on the brand.

Styles bought elsewhere can be cut at the salon for a la carte pricing, subject to a consult fee. The salon also offers synthetic and human hair wash and style services and a frizz repair treatment.

For medically related hair loss, the salon provides wig prescriptions for cranial prostheses for medically induced hair loss or alopecia. A prescribed wig billed as a cranial prosthesis is not charged sales tax, and insurance may reimburse part or all of a purchase; the salon provides an itemized receipt for claims. It partners with Wigged Out, an Arizona nonprofit that helps with wig, topper or head covering costs for medical hair loss, and with Check for a Lump, a scholarship for people in breast cancer treatment.

The salon works by appointment only, Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and is closed on weekends. It ships wigs, toppers, hairpieces and products within and outside Arizona.
