Before a procedure, clients are offered an allergy patch test, and numbing cream is applied before microblading. Clients with previous brow work need to send photos without makeup from three angles for approval before booking a new-client touch-up.

Microblading is a semi-permanent technique, and the studio says results usually last about one to two years, depending on skin type, lifestyle and skin care. Ombre and powder brows are machine-applied and last about two to three years, and combination brows pair microbladed hair strokes at the front of the brow with machine powder for the body and tail. The studio says it has experience blending pigments for a range of skin tones and chooses color based on undertones.

A first microblading visit runs about two and a half hours, and a follow-up of about one and a half hours is scheduled six to eight weeks later. Touch-ups and color boosts are suggested every 12 to 18 months. The studio also offers correction work on brows done by another artist, after a consultation to decide whether the brows can be corrected or need to be removed.

Bookings are made online only. Deposits, gift certificates and services are non-refundable, and one reschedule is allowed. Clients are asked to arrive no more than five minutes early and to get in touch before booking if they already have work from another artist. The studio also offers introductory ombre powder brow training courses for those who want to learn the technique.

The studio works with sterile, single-use tools, starts each session with an allergy patch test and matches color to each client's skin tone and undertones.
