The designer packages combine several steps into one booking. The Silk Press package is for natural hair and includes detoxifying and moisturizing shampoos, a deep conditioning steam treatment, a blow dry, a trim, and a style. The Naturalista package adds a steam treatment and up to four flat twists or braids made from the client's own hair. An Olaplex package and an Ultimate Makeover package pair Olaplex bonding with other services, and the Makeover adds dimensional color and a precision cut.

Color services generally include an Olaplex treatment, shampoo, conditioning, and style. Dimensional color is priced from a starting point and applies when hair must be bleached first or when two or more colors are used. Single-process color that does not require bleach, partial highlights, full highlights or balayage, and color pop are also offered.

Extension services include traditional and closure sew-ins, partial sew-ins, a sew-in maintenance shampoo, and microlink weft tightening for clients who have had a microlink weft installed. Microlink wefts and individual microlinks require a consultation before booking, and their pricing depends on the density and length wanted.

A smoothing treatment is offered as a lower-chemical alternative to a relaxer and is described as heat-activated, reducing frizz and temporarily straightening hair for up to eight weeks.

Other options include a braid down for wig wearers covering up to eight braids (not for sew-in clients), an extendo ponytail, flat twists, a women's clipper cut, and trims and precision cuts for different lengths and shapes.
