Jen has worked as a hairstylist for over ten years and was at another salon before going independent. She has worked with clients of all ages and hair types, and keeps her skills current each year through advanced classes and workshops.

Color is a major part of the menu, from root touch-ups and gray coverage to all-over color, face framing, partial highlights and balayage, and toning for brassy or faded hair. Transformational blonde and balayage is priced after a consultation, and transformational gray blending is also offered. Non-bleach color enhancement is available.

Other services include men's scissor cuts, bobs and lobs, layered cuts, longer-length cuts, and a luxury cut that includes deep conditioning, scalp massage and a blowout. Keratin treatments come in a standard version and a faster express version. Lash services cover custom extensions, fills, lifts with tint and removal.

For booking, deposits are applied to the final total on the appointment day, and cancellations made at least 48 hours ahead receive a full deposit refund. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment, and gift cards can be bought through the About page.

Each visit starts with a conversation about what the client wants, their current color and any concerns, so services are planned around the individual.
