The salon runs a program called Acne Bootcamp, which typically lasts three to six or more months. Prospective clients start with a complimentary 15-minute discovery call, followed by a consultation that can be held in person or remotely. Anyone joining must wait a full 12 months after finishing Accutane or a similar acne medication taken orally. Ongoing care consists of a one-hour check-in every two weeks, where treatments are chosen for each client and their products and routine are reviewed. A shorter remote option is available at a lower price. According to the salon, the program has a success rate above 90 percent.

Facials range from a 45-minute enzyme treatment for dull, dehydrated skin to a one-hour signature facial built around each client's skin type, concerns and needs. Dermaplaning and chemical peels sit in the advanced group. Chemical peels are offered only to existing clients and require a consultation first. New clients can book a free one-hour facial consultation to talk through their skin before choosing a treatment.

The shop also sells its own skincare line, including cleansers, toners, serums, masks, a moisturizer with SPF 30, and a lip balm, and clients can collect online orders at no charge. For brands not stocked on site, an order form is available with payment arranged after confirmation. Gift cards are sold, and balances can be checked.
