Services include acne programs, chemical peels, facials, SkinPen microneedling and a membership. Acne care uses Face Reality home-care products and regimens, and starts with either a virtual check-in for existing acne clients, a one-hour assessment, or a two-hour discovery visit that covers skin history, lifestyle and diet. The Acne: Clear program is a corrective series of bi-weekly treatments with professional exfoliation, targeted serums and home care. The business states that program has a 90% success rate.

Facial options run from a shorter visit combining dermaplaning and hydration to a Hydrafacial performed with the Vortex-Fusion system. Several facials are built on i.S Clinical protocols: Fire and Ice, Foaming Enzyme, Exfoliating Clear Skin and Reveal Your Radiance. Peel depth varies. A walk-in peel involves no peeling and no downtime. A light peel brings mild to moderate peeling over three to five days, while a medium peel brings moderate to heavy peeling over seven to 14 days. Light and medium peels call for at least four weeks on a professional regimen with Brooke first. The Perfect Derma Peel takes 45 minutes and is formulated with glutathione, vitamin C, phenol, salicylic acid, retinoic acid, kojic acid and TCA, and includes post-care products. According to the salon, it is the only medical grade chemical peel that features glutathione.

SkinPen microneedling comes in face, face and neck, and face and chest versions, and is usually recommended as a series about four weeks apart followed by maintenance sessions. Add-ons include a Plated INTENSE serum exosome application after microneedling and a Hydrinity biocellulose masque with a take-home serum.

New clients start with a mandatory 45-minute in-person consultation, or a 45-minute video consultation for those outside Arizona, or a combined consultation and treatment visit. Bridal bundles in 6-month and 12-month versions include consultation, facials and a Hydrafacial, with 10% off treatments and products. Clients describe the studio as clean, calm and welcoming.
