The medical side covers acne and acne scarring, eczema and atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, rosacea, hidradenitis suppurativa, melasma and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, hyperhidrosis, keratosis pilaris, keloids, warts, hair loss, and nail disorders. Psoriasis care includes prescription topicals, oral medications such as Otezla and Sotyktu, and injectable biologics, with plans adjusted over time. Skin cancer services include full-body skin exams, dermoscopy, biopsies and excisions, annual screening programs, and referrals for Mohs micrographic surgery when needed. Benign growths such as skin tags, age spots, seborrheic keratoses, cherry angiomas, lipomas and cysts can be removed, with technique chosen by lesion type, size and location and a focus on minimal scarring. Cosmetic removals are generally self-pay.
The cosmetic and esthetician side includes Circadia signature and luxe facials, customized facials for different ages and skin types, HydraFacial treatments, Glass Skin micro-infusion, VI chemical peels for the face and body, microneedling in several forms, dermaplaning, red and blue light therapy, and laser hair reduction using an 808nm diode laser. Neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers, facial contouring and lip enhancement are also offered. Permanent makeup and paramedical tattooing include brow microblading and powder brows, eyeliner, lip color, scar and stretch mark camouflage, nipple and areola repigmentation, and scalp micropigmentation. A pre-treatment consultation is required for permanent makeup and plasma pen services, and permanent makeup consultations are free unless a booked client misses the appointment, in which case a $25 charge applies to the card on file.
The first visit includes a full consultation, medical history review and examination, followed by a personalized treatment plan. Medical dermatology is generally covered by most commercial plans, Medicare, and most Medicare Advantage and replacement plans, though Medicaid is not currently accepted. Cosmetic procedures are typically not covered by insurance, so patients should call to confirm network status. Financing is available through the patient coordinator, and no referral is needed for self-pay or cosmetic dermatology. Estheticians and the permanent makeup artist can be booked online or by calling the front desk. Text requests for medical appointments are answered during business hours and are not for emergencies or medical advice, and texts sent after hours get a call back the next business day. The office is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
The DermCARE Club membership is an annual plan priced at $350. Package pricing is also available for microneedling, VI peels, Dermaplane Express and Circadia Signature facials.
Care starts with listening to each patient's concerns, followed by treatment plans fitted to their needs, goals and lifestyle. Cosmetic work aims to complement facial structure and natural movement, favoring subtle changes over dramatic ones.
The suite was newly renovated and has private treatment rooms with a spa-like feel, although cosmetic procedures are carried out in a medical setting.
