The Tappan office, at 165 Washington Street, offers a narrower set of services: Botox and dermal fillers, PDO thread lifts, radiofrequency removal of moles and skin tags, and weight-loss consultations. Its listed hours are Wednesday and Saturday mornings from 8am to 12pm. Laser treatments, Endolift and pearly penile papule removal are performed only in Manhattan.

Each visit opens with a consultation with the physician, who decides which treatments fit the patient. New patients can book a free introductory consultation with Dr. Yagudin by calling (212) 421-8858 or through the website. Before treatment, patients are asked to review the procedure consent. A new, changing, bleeding or non-healing growth needs to be assessed before any cosmetic treatment, and a physician examination must clear a patient for their first treatment. Outcomes and how long they last differ from person to person, and the practice does not guarantee any specific result.

The aesthetic laser menu is broad, including FRAXEL and FRAXEL Dual resurfacing, MicroLaser Peel, laser skin tightening, pore and texture treatment, pigmentation and mottled skin treatment, spider vein treatment, nail fungus treatment, wart removal and laser tattoo removal. The site states that FRAXEL has over a decade of treatments behind it. Injectables include botulinum toxins, dermal fillers, biostimulatory treatments and non-surgical lift and contouring options.
