The clinic is run by founder Juvy, who operated an aesthetics practice overseas before opening the California location. There she trained nurses and estheticians, designed treatment protocols and developed skincare. Facial menus cover cleansing, signature, acne, peel and hydrating options, along with LED light therapy, a Hydra Facial 8 in 1, a Vitamin C and collagen infusion facial and a customized skin treatment built around each client's concerns. Body services include contouring for arms, thighs, waist, double chin and face, back and chest acne treatments, a full body moisturizing scrub and a chemical peel. Six-session packages are offered for several contouring treatments and for melasma, and underarm brightening and oversweating treatments are also offered. Waxing covers the face, arms, legs, underarms, chest, back, bikini and Brazilian areas.

Booking is done through the clinic's GlossGenius page. Appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours ahead to avoid a fee, and late cancellations or no-shows are charged 50% of the scheduled price. Clinic hours are Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 2 PM, closed Sunday.
