Medical care covers general dermatology and surgical dermatology alongside aesthetics. The medical side addresses conditions such as acne, fungal infections, psoriasis, shingles, vitiligo, warts, hair loss, hyperhidrosis, rashes and scars. Mohs surgery is used for skin cancer, particularly basal cell and squamous cell carcinoma. It is an outpatient procedure done under local anesthesia. Tissue is removed one layer at a time and each layer is examined under a microscope until no cancer cells remain, so a session usually runs several hours, depending on the size and depth of the cancer. When the area is large or in a cosmetically sensitive spot, reconstruction may be needed, and it can sometimes be done during the same visit. Patients receive detailed aftercare guidelines.

The aesthetic menu starts with a cosmetic consultation. Dermal fillers come from Juvederm, Restylane and RHA, and Sculptra, an injectable that works by stimulating the body's own collagen. Neuromodulator options include Botox, Dysport and Daxxify. Laser work includes fractional, ablative and non-ablative lasers, plus DermaV, a laser used for superficial vascular concerns, pigmentation and background redness. Before filler or neuromodulator treatment, patients are asked to avoid blood thinners and alcohol for at least 24 hours. After neuromodulators, lying down should be avoided for four hours and strenuous activity for a day. Before laser treatment, sun exposure and certain sensitizing skincare products should be avoided.
