Waxing is done with a hypoallergenic, vegan wax formulated for sensitive skin. Laser and IPL (photo hair removal) treatments are sold in packages of 3, 5, or 9 sessions. The clinic says its laser and IPL method permanently reduces up to 95% of hair, and that it uses top-tier equipment. It also says IPL is used to treat folliculitis and ingrown hairs, and that IPL can lighten spots and support collagen production.

Eyebrow design is individualized to each client. Visits include coffee or tea and a massage. The clinic follows a strict hygiene protocol, and materials are fully disposed of after each session.
