Brows make up a large part of the menu. Options range from a basic wax or threading to design, henna or hybrid tinting, oxygen therapy, hydro-brow treatment after waxing, and brow lamination with Depilais Strong Eyebrows, a pure organic castor oil. Lash lifting with tint uses Depilais Nutri-Cejas, a pure organic oil, and takes about an hour. Refills are only done on sets previously applied by the studio's specialists.

Facial and body services include facial waxing and threading for the upper lip, chin, forehead, sideburns, ears, nose and full face, body waxing, dermaplaning, microneedling, PRP, back or chest deep cleansing, and a personalized deep facial. The personalized deep facial begins with a specialist's evaluation of the skin and may use Dermapen, dermaplaning or hydrafacial, followed by a head, neck and shoulder massage. Wart and millet removal is done with a plasma pen.

Clients preparing for laser or IPL are asked to avoid chemical peels, lightening creams, waxing and tweezing on the treated area for 30 days beforehand. They should shave one or two days before, and avoid sun exposure, moisturizers, deodorants, retinol, glycolic or salicylic acid, and certain medications for spots or acne before the session.

The studio builds in checks before treatment. Henna brow services begin with a free allergy test done at the studio three days ahead, and first-time lash clients hear from the specialist about possible reactions at the appointment. Threading and tweezing are offered to clients who cannot have waxing because of skin treatments, retinol, salicylic or glycolic acid use, or a wax allergy.
