A visit usually starts with a consultation and hair analysis, followed by a shampoo and scalp massage. Women's cuts finish with a blow dry style, men's cuts with styling, and both end with at-home care recommendations.
The menu covers haircuts, all-over color, color retouches, partial and full foil highlights, balayage, toner between color services, keratin and Olaplex treatments, blow outs and updos. Bridal clients can book a trial updo a few weeks before the wedding with the same stylist who will style their hair on the day, and bridal pricing is quoted by contacting the salon.
Appointments can be cancelled by phone, email or online. Cancelling within 24 hours is charged at 20% of the service cost, a no-show is charged 50% of the booked service to the card on file, and the salon may cancel an appointment if the client is 15 or more minutes late, after 15 minutes past the start time. The salon is open Tuesday to Friday from 10 to 7 and Saturday from 9 to 5, and is closed Sunday and Monday.
