The owner performs every treatment personally. The studio suggests a 60-minute men's facial as a first visit, which includes a skin assessment, deep cleanse, exfoliation, extractions, a custom mask and facial massage. A 75-minute men's facial adds longer extractions, tools to calm inflammation, and neck and chest work. Women's facials follow a similar structure, with a 75-minute option that runs longer and deeper and includes neck and chest work.
Standard facials don't require a consultation. Advanced treatments, including microneedling, chemical peels and microdermabrasion, begin with a brief skin assessment. Microneedling and chemical peels require a signed consent form, provided after booking, and microneedling is preceded by a topical numbing cream. The studio says most clients see their best microneedling results after three to six sessions.
Booking is online, and new clients are welcome. The studio says it has no upsells and no hidden fees or upcharges for skin type or concerns, and it does not sell product bags. Clients leave with a home care routine built around easy-to-source products. Clients are asked to avoid retinol and exfoliating acids for 24 to 48 hours before an appointment, and to avoid heavy exercise or heat for a few hours after a facial and wear SPF outdoors. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations and no-shows may be charged a fee. Gift cards can be bought online, by email or by phone in any amount, never expire and can be used for any service.
Each visit begins with a skin assessment, and the treatment follows what is found, with no upselling.
