Bookings start with a free consultation of about 30 minutes, which is required for wedding styles and for lighting and coloring. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours are charged the full service price, and clients who cannot pay that fee are blocked from booking. For Bundle Color, hair must be dropped off four to five days before the appointment.
Denee's Press is offered to first-time clients and begins with a scalp and strand analysis, which guides the choice of a hydration, protein or bonding treatment before steam, a detailed cut and a curl or straight finish. Returning silk press clients can book Silk Press Maintenance, which includes a trim and can be extended with steam, a detail cut, an Olaplex treatment or a hydration mask. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
