Visits can be booked through the online booking page, or clients can call ahead to reserve a spot. Walk-ins are welcome for every service until closing. Clients can ask for a particular technician by phone, subject to availability, and group bookings are arranged by phone without a deposit. No deposit is needed to book; payment is made at the salon after the service by cash or card, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Tips are optional. Appointments have a 15-minute grace period, and there is no late or cancellation fee, though clients are asked to call early if plans change.

The menu runs from several tiers of manicures and pedicures to gel, dip and builder services, acrylic fills and full sets, kids services for children under 12, and waxing. Higher pedicure packages include a neck warmer on some tiers, a longer massage and additional treatments. Nail art, including 3D and custom designs, is priced after a consultation. Prices marked with a plus are starting points, so clients should ask for their total before starting.

Every client pays the same price, and the salon does not accept coupons, promo codes, or age, military or birthday discounts. If a service done here has a quality problem, it can be corrected at no charge when raised within 10 days of the service date. Clients who simply change their minds about a chosen color or design are not given a complimentary new set, and the manager decides on any repaint request individually. Metal implements are run through an autoclave after each client.

Hygiene steps are built into each visit, including autoclaved metal tools and pipeless pedicure basins with a fresh liner for every service.

Guests can settle in with complimentary drinks and snacks, and alcoholic drinks are offered to guests 21 and older.
