The menu is broad. Clients can choose between regular, gel and dipping powder polish, with more than 900 shades plus 3-in-1 colors. Because formulas differ, a color may not match its swatch exactly, and a technician can test a shade before applying it. Brands carried include OPI, DC, iGel and SNS. Acrylic full sets and fill-ins come in regular polish, gel, pink and white, and ombre. Builder gel full sets and fill-ins use Zen Sculpting Gels, which can be sculpted on a form or applied as overlays on natural nails. GelX extensions use Apres Gel-X tips with Extend gel. Dazzle Dry is offered for natural nails, including polish changes. Premium and Deluxe services include an individual spa set with sea salt soaks, sugar scrubs, masks and lotions in a choice of scents. Pedicures use single-use disposable tub liners, and files, pumice stones and buffers are single use. Other metal tools are disinfected in an autoclave between clients. The salon describes itself as offering a high standard of luxury and sanitation. Extra massage time of 10 minutes can be added to arms or feet for $12.

Kids' manicures and pedicures are for children under 4 feet 10 inches tall and under 10 years old. Children are welcome by appointment only, and young children in carriers or strollers may not be placed in service areas or held in laps during a service. Private party rooms are available for small or large gatherings, and the salon hosts bridal showers, birthday parties, bachelorette and bachelor parties, corporate events and get-togethers. Party requests are made by phone or through the online form.

Pricing begins at $5 for a white French tip add-on and $10 for a color French tip, with add-ons available on any service. Many services list a starting price, and nail design is priced variably. The salon says it aims to offer good value at affordable prices. Clients can request a favorite technician by calling the salon. Cash payments receive a 7% discount that cannot be combined with other payment types or gift cards. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Apple Pay, cash and gift certificates are accepted, and tips to technicians are accepted in cash or Venmo.

Repairs on gel and dip powder manicures are free for seven days from the original service date, booked by calling the front desk with the technician's name and service date. Repairs should be done at the original location, otherwise a fixing fee applies at the other one. Manicure chips are touched up free within 24 hours. Complimentary corrective appointments, when offered, must be scheduled within five days and are for technician error only. Salon services are not refundable, and dissatisfaction should be reported at the time of service or within 48 hours afterward. Unopened retail products can be returned with a receipt for a full refund within seven days. The salon also accepts job applications for nail technicians, lash technicians, estheticians, masseurs and receptionists.

The salon describes its goal as combining high-end comfort with strict sanitation, using single-use files and buffers and autoclaving other metal tools between clients.
