Facials and massages use vegan, organic products, and the business does not use synthetic or genetically modified ingredients. Facials are built on BLISSOMA professional skincare, with full ingredient lists available, and on ilike organic skin care from Hungary. The business describes itself as having 19-plus years of organic facials and therapeutic massage.

The menu is organized into facials (from a 15-minute eye treatment at $22 to a 120-minute body facial at $499), massage (Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, hot stone, Himalayan salt stone and arnica oil pain relief, typically 60 to 120 minutes), body wraps and scrubs, and a long list of add-ons such as gua sha, a Kansa wand, a Theragun and a botanical AHA peel. Add-ons and enhancements must be booked alongside a service. A massage and mini-facial combination is also offered.
