Services are grouped into blowouts, treatments, haircuts, color, foils, extensions and consultations. Blowouts include a hair wash, a personalized hair system, a short head massage and a choice of Brazilian blowout or blow-dry and style finish, and the treatment blowouts add K-18, Redken or Malibu C steps. The Malibu C option is built for dry, flaky or irritated scalps.
Color work begins with a required 45-minute new-client consultation that covers hair goals, lifestyle, history and upkeep. From there, options range from a maintenance gloss and a root refresh with gloss to a global color with gloss, a platinum refresh that pairs a scalp bleach retouch with a customized gloss, and a full custom color tailored to the client's palette. Foil work includes mini-lights around the face, veil-lights across the crown, and classic partial and full foils for blonding.
Extension clients can book a move-up or a new install, and they have their own blowout option with a hair wash and finish. Haircuts come in a quick dry tailored cut or a deluxe cut that includes a wash, a personalized hair system and a head massage.
Cancellation terms: a change or cancellation made with under 24 hours' notice may be charged at 50% of the booked service, and a late cancellation made with under 12 hours' notice may be charged at 75%. Clients who cancel or cancel late again and again may find they are no longer able to schedule future visits.
Color clients start with a consultation so the service can be planned around their goals, lifestyle and maintenance needs.
