Partial color covers the face, crown and hairline, with balayage, highlights, lowlights or full grey coverage, and takes two and a half to three hours. Full head color is for larger changes such as full highlights, heavy balayage or full color correction, and takes three to four hours.

Extensions are a major focus. Every set is priced for the individual client, so a consultation comes first, and the method is chosen around hair density, length and goals. Installs typically take 20 to 60 minutes, and maintenance every six to eight weeks, sometimes stretching to ten, keeps extensions in place as hair grows.

Cuts include a wash and style and take about 45 minutes, with lower-priced men's and pixie cuts and separate bang trims. A deep conditioning massage can be added to any color service.
