Every massage includes complimentary heat therapy, and options range from therapeutic and deep tissue sessions to hot stone, cupping, Ashiatsu, pregnancy massage, manual lymphatic drainage and a fully customized 90-minute session where the therapist chooses the methods after a full body assessment. Facials are customized after a complimentary consultation, and the skin care menu includes Hydrafacial and Glo2Facial treatments, LED add-ons and a Circadia SWiCH treatment with take-home product.

Hush, on the second floor of Factory Square in Southington, is described as a recovery, massage and wellness spa. Appointments there are by appointment only, Tuesday through Sunday.
