Hair removal is done with the Nufree Hair Removal System for every waxing service, from brows and lip and chin to underarms and fingers or toes. The salon says the system is clinically developed for sensitive skin. Clients who have recently been in the sun, tanned within the past five days, are pregnant or use birth control are asked to do a patch test 24 hours before a full service. Waxing is not offered to clients who have taken certain acne and retinoid medications within the past 90 days. Makeup is applied by artists the salon describes as professional and licensed, and the salon uses Mirabella mineral-based cosmetics, a line sold only through salons and spas.

Wedding work can be done in the salon or on location for brides and wedding parties. Cancellation rules differ by service: basic services need at least 24 hours notice, while chemical or spa services need 48 hours. Late cancellations within 24 hours carry a 50% fee, and no-shows are billed for the full scheduled services. Cash and major credit cards are accepted, and personal checks are taken only for prepayments and deposits such as wedding booking deposits. Returned checks and chargebacks carry a $35 fee. Gift certificates are sold.
