The spa is at 10670 North Central Expressway, Suite 110, and is open by appointment only. Hours are Monday and Tuesday 10am to 8pm, Saturday 10am to 6pm and Sunday 11am to 6pm. Before any facial, clients complete a consultation form and review a contraindications list. The spa describes its treatments as high-performance, results-driven and deeply targeted, and most services carry a lower price for members than for guests.
The facial menu runs from a 1 hour 15 minute Signature facial, which includes skin analysis, cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, a mask and a neck, back and shoulder massage, to a 50 minute Teen facial focused on acne without massage. The Acne Lift facial centers on extractions, acne scar lifting and a salicylic acid treatment. Fiber Blast uses a high-frequency plasma device that creates small controlled injuries in the skin and is offered for melasma, acne and hyperpigmentation.
The Elite Membership is billed at $100 a month on a month to month basis and gives members one hour of services of their choice each month. Membership credits and packages are non-refundable. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice are charged the full booked service, and missed appointments carry a fee.
Treatments are described as targeted and corrective, with services and products kept affordable without lowering quality.
