Dej says she does not rush through her work and asks clients to keep the full day clear. Appointment times on the site are estimates that can shift with head size, height, hair density and thickness, and how complex the style is.
Each style is listed with a starting price and an estimated duration. Extra Boho is an add-on that can be added to any boho style, adding curly pieces per braid for a heavier look.
Before booking, clients need natural hair above shoulder length for shoulder-length styles, or longer for midback. Hair should be four inches long around the whole head and arrive freshly washed, detangled and blow-dried, without shampoo, leave-in conditioner or oil. A $30 non-refundable deposit secures the appointment and requests without one are not accepted. The deposit and balance can be paid by Zelle or Apple Pay, with the balance also payable in cash at the appointment. Late arrivals over 10 minutes incur a $15 fee, and appointments are canceled after 20 minutes without refund. Clients who are dissatisfied are asked to say so during the service so adjustments can be made, as refunds are not given.
