New stylists complete a forty-week training program before working on the floor, learning alongside one of the salon's senior educators. Education is central to how the salon operates, and it says it works to raise standards across the salon industry. Customer satisfaction is named as its top priority.

Visits are by appointment only, booked through the online booking page, and a complimentary consultation can be reserved there too. Prices vary by stylist level, and additional charges for length, chemical work, technique or timing may apply. Exact quotes for chemical and styling services are not given over the phone, because the hair needs to be examined first. Listed prices start with a hair cut and style at $34, a barber cut at $22, and a full foil at $90.

For men, the barber cut is a short, tapered and faded cut done with clippers and guards, with a hot towel shampoo. It takes about thirty minutes and includes neck, eyebrow and ear trimming. Men's color and highlights are also booked through the online menu.
