Deigni Plastic Surgery

The practice sits across from Highland Village in Houston, and guests can park for free at the Prosperity Bank entrance on Bancroft Ln. Office hours run Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central. A consultation lasts about 60 minutes and can include VECTRA 3D imaging when it is useful. The consultation fee is $150, and it is credited toward the procedure if you go ahead. Afterward you receive a written quote that stays valid for six months and covers anesthesia, facility and surgeon fees, six months of post-op appointments, garments and scar cream where needed.

The drainless tummy tuck is the signature procedure. Instead of surgical drains, it uses internal sutures, and it also includes repair of separated abdominal muscles and a monsplasty. It takes three to four hours under general anesthesia, with two to three weeks of recovery, and liposuction can be done in the same session. The Mommy Makeover is a longer combined procedure of four to six hours, also under general anesthesia, with three to four weeks of recovery. It is generally timed at least six months after the last delivery, and later if the patient is breastfeeding. Brazilian butt lift uses the patient's own fat, taken from the belly, waist, back and flanks.

The med spa side of the practice includes Botox and Dysport injectables, and two radiofrequency treatments. ThermiSmooth uses controlled radiofrequency energy on the face and body with no surgery and no recovery time. ThermiVa applies radiofrequency energy to vaginal tissue and is also used to address urinary stress, with no surgery, downtime or anesthesia.

Out-of-town patients are welcome. They begin with a virtual consultation, and a patient coordinator arranges pre-op requirements, travel, lodging and the post-op plan. Most out-of-town patients stay in Houston for five to seven days. Follow-up visits are scheduled at one week, three weeks, six weeks, three months and six months after surgery, and after the first in-person post-op visit the rest can be completed virtually. Surgery takes place at a facility the practice describes as fully accredited. The practice does not accept health insurance for any of its procedures, since most aesthetic plastic surgery is not covered. Financing is available through Cherry, PatientFi, CareCredit and Alphaeon. Cherry and PatientFi use a soft credit check, while CareCredit and Alphaeon run a hard check at application. CareCredit offers 0% promotional APR on qualifying procedures, and Alphaeon offers plans of up to 60 months for larger and combined cases. The practice does not offer in-house payment plans, and full payment is due no later than two weeks before surgery. Financing can be combined with a deposit or savings, with part paid on the day of surgery. Pricing depends on procedure complexity, the time needed for the best result, and whether procedures are combined.

Each recommendation starts with a review of anatomy, health history and the patient's goals, followed by a candid look at what is realistically achievable.
