The facial menu includes a teen facial, a deep clean teen facial that uses a custom antibacterial mask and steam before extractions, and a back facial with a skin clearing version. For a fuller session, the Bentley Triple Facial combines a 20% organic enzyme peel, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, extractions, high frequency and a mask, serum, moisturizer and SPF. The Ohio Hydration Facial is a five-layer treatment built around a double cleanse, layered exfoliation, a mask, serum, moisturizer and SPF. Deep Pore Cleansing adds steam, a peel, microdermabrasion, full-face extractions and a Hungarian herbal mud treatment. Clients planning the Bentley Triple Facial are asked to stop retinoids or retinol one week beforehand, and Deep Pore Cleansing is not recommended for sensitive skin or cystic acne.

Dermaplaning is offered as Dermaplane or Oilplane, the oil-based option for clients with sensitive skin or thin, dehydrated or reactive skin. It can be booked alone or ahead of a peel, microdermabrasion or PhotoFacial. Microdermabrasion here uses the Dermapod system, which passes a controlled stream of natural mineral crystals over the skin to lift away surface cells.

Permanent makeup uses tiny sterile disposable needles to deposit pigment into the upper layer of the dermis, with topical numbing applied before and during the procedure. Powder Brows give a soft, lightly pencilled look and typically last one to three years. Combination brows pair microblading with shading. A color boost is usually recommended every two to three years, and at least two sessions are advised, with some clients needing extra touch-ups. Previously tattooed brows can often be covered, but clients must email a clear photo before booking, and removal may be suggested first if the old work is very dark or large. The business notes that results vary and that it cannot control the healing process. Aftercare instructions are provided. Clients should avoid sun and tanning for at least four weeks after the procedure and skip brow waxing, tinting or threading for the week before.

Fine line tattoos are offered with designs usually no larger than 3 by 3 inches. An email is needed before booking so a design can be planned.

Deposits and rescheduling are firm. A $100 deposit is taken for all appointments and is non-refundable. Clients may reschedule once by email or phone up to 72 hours ahead, and multiple reschedules require a new non-refundable deposit. Appointments within 72 hours cannot be moved, and no refund is given for cancellations in that window. No-shows are charged 50% of the initial cost of the procedure. Arriving more than 15 minutes late means the appointment is rescheduled, the deposit is lost and a new one is required, and late arrivals do not get extra time. There are no refunds on completed work. Cash and all major credit and debit cards are accepted, and the deposit and cancellation policies may change at any time.
