Consultations come before the service and are used to shape each client's style. Online appointment requests can be made up to 30 days in advance and require a 50% deposit to secure the spot. The deposit is typically deducted from the total on the day of the appointment, and it is non-refundable once a request is confirmed and funds are accepted. Cancellations or reschedules are requested at least 24 hours ahead. Accepted payments are PayPal, cash, and major credit and debit cards.

The space is calm and focused, with limited room. Guests are asked to keep things quiet, and appointments do not allow additional guests or children.
