Services are grouped into three named packages, each defined by how much hair is added. The Boston package uses one row for volume with no added length. The Los Angeles package uses two rows for both volume and length, typically with a mixed method. Booking starts with a New Client Form. After the studio reviews the form, it emails within 48 hours, and clients can then book online. Mondays are reserved for private appointments only. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards can be purchased through the booking platform.
Each extension solution is built custom to the client rather than applied from a single standard set.
