The salon describes its service as quality at affordable prices with personalized attention, and says it was started with the aim of bringing its best to clients. It is closed on Mondays and Sundays, and Friday hours run from 8 AM to 8 PM.

Braiding is the largest part of the menu. Box and knotless braids are priced by size and length, from $100 for large shoulder length to $425 for extra small calf length, and the hair and a wash and blow dry are included. Clients who want a specific hair brand can bring their own for box braids at the same price. Tribal, lemonade and crochet styles are also offered, along with braid removal priced by style, and youth and preteen braiding is offered for ages 8 and under and 9 to 12.

Loc services cover starter locs, retwists, shampoo and style, loc comb outs for clients who no longer want locs, loc repair, loc detox, and instant loc extensions. Most loc prices depend on loc count, so clients are asked to count their locs before booking. Starter locs are maintained for the first three months until they fully loc up, and youth loc appointments are booked through their own page and the booking system.

Booking policies include a $25 late fee if a later appointment is offered after a delay of more than 20 minutes, and a $35 no-show fee before a no-call, no-show can be rebooked. Cancellations need 24 to 48 hours of notice or a $25 fee applies, and appointments outside business hours must be scheduled by phone and carry a $25 after-hours fee.

Prefers interlocing for starter locs and uses the interlock method for loc retwists, with other starter loc methods available on request.
