Ms. Crystal owns the business and works as an instructor. She describes herself as a natural hair culturist and is a licensed cosmetologist with more than 20 years of hands-on work and ten years in salons. Her focus is highly textured and biracial hair, with braiding, natural hair care, creative styling and hair education as her main areas.
Booking requires a $25 non-refundable deposit. Clients are asked to send a photo of the style they want before the appointment so it can be confirmed. An extra $40 applies to squeeze-in appointments and to bookings outside regular business hours. Appointments can be canceled if a client arrives more than 30 minutes late. Cancellations must be made through the booking site at least 48 hours ahead, otherwise 50% of the service price is charged to the card on file, and no-shows are charged the full service price. Extra guests are not permitted, and services are final and non-refundable, though reasonable accommodations may be made at the owner's discretion. Payment is accepted in exact cash or by Tap to Pay.
