Fill-ins are booked two or three weeks after the last appointment, depending on the service. Clients whose nails are not in good condition are asked to book a soak off or a new set before their next fill. Soak offs are offered to returning clients.

For clients who want something more custom, the salon offers freestyle sets and freestyle fill-ins. Freestyle designs are the owner's own, without inspiration pictures, though the owner is open to working with clients on ideas.

Manicures and pedicures range from simple gel polish services to longer spa-style appointments. The spa pedicure includes a theme of the month, hot towels, extended massage and a foot mask. Subscription packages bundle pedicures or mani/pedi services over three, six or twelve months.
