The studio focuses on sew-ins and wigs, with a range of install methods from traditional sew-ins and quick weaves to frontal and closure installs, plus glue-in and wig install options. Cuts are also available, including a blunt cut bob.

Appointments are booked with a $10 deposit paid through Cash App. The deposit goes toward the service and is non-refundable, except when the business cancels the appointment. Clients are asked to arrive with their hair washed, combed out, and blow dried, and extra guests are not allowed at appointments.

The studio runs a skilled frontal class for $375, lasting 3 hours and 10 minutes. Clients receive a starter kit as part of the class.

Clients get a 15-minute grace period. Arriving 20 minutes late adds $10, and arriving 30 minutes late adds $20. Squeeze-ins and same-day appointments carry an extra $50 fee.
