Curly and wavy hair is a central part of the work. First-time curly clients book a 90-minute visit for a dry cut, wash, style and styling education, and returning curly clients can book a shorter visit that keeps the shape and removes up to two inches. Returning curly cuts ask that hair arrive detangled, freshly washed, completely dry and worn down. The salon also offers a 45-minute express dry cut for returning curly clients, which does not include shampooing or styling and cannot be combined with color.

Color services cover root touch ups, mini and partial and full custom color, all over color, color correction, gloss and tone add-ons. Cuts can be paired with color, gloss, root touch up or treatment in combination bookings, which range from $115 to $360. Color consultations are free for new guests and for current guests who want a change.

Bookings are subject to a 25% cancellation fee for no-shows and for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Some haircuts and combinations are reserved for existing clients.
