The product line began as cosmetics and expanded in 2016 into body and personal care, including lotions and shampoos. In 2020 the brand released the Dual Action Enzyme Papaya Cleanser, developed with skincare specialists in South Korea. The skincare range covers cleansers, toners, serums, moisturizers and masque treatments, with body and hair care alongside.

The spas describe their approach as personal and centered on attentive listening. Therapists are asked to listen to what each guest needs and shape the treatment around it. The business describes its goal as balancing mind and body through healing and high-end relaxing treatments. Services, amenities and provider availability vary by location, so guests are asked to confirm their treatment with the spa when booking.

The Hollywood spa sits in a Spanish hacienda-style building on two levels, with seven treatment rooms (two of them couples rooms), two relaxation lounges, men's and women's showers and lockers, robes, sandals, and a tea and water area. Parking is free there. The Monterey spa has four treatment rooms, including a large couples suite with a double shower, separate locker rooms, two lounge areas, a makeup station, a beverage and snack area, and access to the hotel's outdoor heated pool subject to confirmation. The Santa Cruz spa has treatment rooms, sauna and steam facilities, robes and sandals; it does not have a traditional relaxation lounge. The Downtown location is inside the Westin Bonaventure, which the spa notes it is independently operated from. The founder also offers Owner's Touch, a private appointment-only experience, and appointments with her at Hollywood and Downtown are available on request through a form.

Some locations add a 20% service fee to all services on top of listed prices: Downtown, Monterey and Santa Cruz. The Downtown fee includes a 15% gratuity for the therapist. Hollywood does not add the fee. Guests must bring a physical credit card to checkout, since stored cards are not processed, and anyone paying for another guest must call ahead for card verification. Cancellations and reschedules should be made by phone as early as possible under the posted policy. Gift cards and a membership program are available.

The spa describes its philosophy as balancing mind and body, with an emphasis on attentive listening and personal touch at each location.

Each location has its own character, from the Hollywood hacienda-style building with exposed brick and velvet textures, to Monterey's natural wood tones and comfortable relaxation areas, to Santa Cruz's clean lines and calming contemporary feel.
